Description

This sweet fruit salsa recipe is a delicious dessert, perfect to serve with cinnamon chips or graham crackers. This easy treat can be made in advance so it’s great for a party!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely diced pineapple
  • 1/2 cup finely diced mango
  • 1/2 cup finely diced strawberries
  • 1 finely diced kiwi (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)
  • Cinnamon sugar pita chips, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers for serving

Instructions

  1. Toss all of the fruit together in a large bowl and sprinkle with fresh mint.
  2. Taste and add sweetener if necessary.
