- 1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a jar and stir. Top with a lid.
- Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight, until the oats have softened and the mixture is thickened.
- Add additional toppings if desired.
