- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt (Greek or non-dairy is fine)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Salt to taste
- Granola or walnuts for topping
Instructions
- Add the oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, blueberries and salt in a jar.
- Stir to combine. Seal the jar and place it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Add the granola and/or walnuts just before serving.
