Blackberry Ricotta Toast

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • Handful of fresh blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Fresh basil or mint (optional)


  1. Toast your bread until it’s lightly browned (or however you prefer your toast)
  2. Then simply spread the ricotta, top with blackberries, drizzle with honey, a pinch of salt and add a little basil or mint if you like.
