- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Combine the tomatoes, avocado, feta, lime juice and cilantro.
- Be sure to stir so the avocado is coated with the lime juice, as this will prevent browning.
- Season with salt to taste.
