Veggie Grinder Recipe

This delicious veggie grinder is made with mozzarella and provolone, then piled high with vegetables for a satisfying sandwich that only takes minutes to make!

You'll need: bread, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, pepperoncini, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, seasonings,

Slice the bread in half and top one half with provolone and one half with mozzarella.

Bake until the cheese is melted.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepperoncini, red paper flakes, and salt.

Toss chopped romaine with the dressing.

Top each sandwich with tomatoes and salad mixture.
