Vegan Blueberry Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Combine oats, baking powder, salt and chia seeds. Stir until combined.

Add vanilla, maple syrup, and  almond milk. Then fold in blueberries

Pour into a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 35 min

Let cool completely before slicing.

Cut into squares and drizzle with maple syrup if desired!
