Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad

To make the homemade croutons, slice a baguette into 1" pieces

Toss the cubes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Toss the cubes with olive oil and add to a large non-stick skillet. Toast for 5 minutes then flip and continue to toast until lightly browned.

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, add the spinach, grapes, strawberries, goat cheese, and walnuts.

Top with croutons and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
