- 1/2 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 teaspoon honey, for drizzling
- 1/2 graham cracker sheet, crushed
Instructions
- Grab a mason jar or small bowl. Add the strawberry yogurt to the bottom, followed by cottage cheese, rolled oats, and milk.
- Stir gently to combine everything evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, top your oats with sliced fresh strawberries, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle graham cracker crumbles over the top. Enjoy!
