Description

These strawberry cheesecake overnight oats pack a serious protein punch — and they taste like dessert! Creamy yogurt and cottage cheese combine with hearty oats for a wholesome and delicious breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked)
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey, for drizzling
  • 1/2 graham cracker sheet, crushed

Instructions

  1. Grab a mason jar or small bowl. Add the strawberry yogurt to the bottom, followed by cottage cheese, rolled oats, and milk.
  2. Stir gently to combine everything evenly. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  3. In the morning, top your oats with sliced fresh strawberries, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle graham cracker crumbles over the top. Enjoy!
