Description
These spicy peanut noodles are made with gochujang for a flavorful sauce that has just the right amount of heat. Toss it with your favorite noodles and you have dinner ready in 15 minutes!

- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup pasta water or warm water to thin
- 12oz rice noodles, ramen noodles, or spaghetti
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gochujang, rice vinegar, peanut butter, hoisin, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and lime juice.
- Add 1/4 cup of the reserved pasta water and whisk until smooth. Add more water if needed to reach a creamy consistency.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
- Serve immediately and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
