Description
This slow cooker tomato soup is rich, comforting, and incredibly easy to make. With just a handful of pantry staples, you can dump everything in the slow cooker and press start!

- 2 (28 oz) cans whole peeled tomatoes
- 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the heavy cream into the slow cooker.
- Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
- Use an immersion blender to blend the soup then stir in the cream.
