Description

This slow cooker tomato soup is rich, comforting, and incredibly easy to make. With just a handful of pantry staples, you can dump everything in the slow cooker and press start!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 (28 oz) cans whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients except the heavy cream into the slow cooker.
  2. Cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.

  3. Use an immersion blender to blend the soup then stir in the cream.
