Happy New Year! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful 2014 so far. We started our celebration last night by whipping up a delicious macaroni and cheese dish that contained Fontina, Gruyere, and Sharp Cheddar. So. Much. Cheese.
We mostly followed this recipe, and it was quite delicious.
Since it was an excuse for some champagne, we popped open a bottle of bubbly, and splashed a little grapefruit juice with it.
We continued the night at Postbellum, where one of our friends from church was throwing a dance party. It was the perfect way to ring in 2014!
I can’t wait to spend 2014 with this handsome guy 😉
