It’s going to be a good month. I can already tell. I already love November for it’s close proximity to the holidays, the long Thanksgiving week ahead, and the novelty of winter clothes.
And then I found out it’s National Peanut Butter Month.
If you’ve ever read my blog/twitter/facebook/instagram/tumblr or… like, talked to me in person, then you know I have a bit of an obsession with peanut butter. Sure, it’s slightly scary how quickly a jar disappears… but PB is packed with protein, healthy fats, and deliciousness, so who am I to argue?
In honor of this amazing month, I thought I ought to dedicate a post to some of my favorite peanut butter recipes!

This 5 ingredient peanut sauce is so easy to make, but so delicious! It’s great on a pile of stir fried vegetables.
Think you have to rely on the flavors of store bought peanut butter? Think again! As long as you have a high powered blender or food processor (and a tiny bit of patience) you can easily whip up a jar of your own creation!
No seriously, there are only 3 ingredients in these cookies. They might not be exactly… healthy… but they’re so ridiculously easy, you can whip these up in 5 minutes!
I’m spending the rest of the week in Dallas with Eric (you may remember our epic road trip of the summer) so I’ll be sure to take some pictures! We’ve already eaten some delicious meals and had some great adventures. I haven’t been great at documentation, but pictures will definitely be taken this weekend.
