Hey friends!

Happy hump day! I feel like this week is flying by. I’ve been out every night, and trying to pack up boxes in the bits of free time I’m picking up here and there. But no complaints here. It’s been a fun week!

Since it’s Wednesday, you get the pleasure of seeing a day in the life of my eats.

My day of eats:

Breakfast: A bowl of Chobani yogurt, topped with blueberries and Bear Naked Granola.

Carrot ginger soup! This was a pretty delicious creation of the cafeteria lady. I’m not exactly sure what’s in it, but they posted the nutritional info, and it was pretty solid! Does anyone have a recipe for something similar?

Snack:

Dinner is an old picture, because it’s an old recipe! This was the result of my Quinoa Experiment and I’ve been making it pretty consistently ever since!

No night time snack pictured, because I’ve been sticking to my no-snacking after 8pm goal. Granted, the goal has been easy to stick to since I haven’t been home in the evenings. (Let’s ignore the ~16 diet cokes I consumed at the bar…whoops.)

I’ve been playing around with wheat bran, but so far, I haven’t come up with any good recipes. I tried making crackers with it yesterday, and they came out pretty terrible. I’ll definitely have to do some more kitchen experimenting, before I post any recipes. Stay tuned!
