- 1 cup couscous
- 1 cup water or broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Instructions
- Add the couscous, water or broth, and salt to the rice cooker.
- Cover with the lid and set the rice cooker to cook.
- It will cook in about 4-5 minutes. Once the water has evaporated, the rice cooker should shut off automatically, or it may switch to warm. Turn off the rice cooker as soon as the couscous is cooked.
- Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
