Description

These crispy white beans are a protein-packed recipe made in less than 20 minutes! It’s easy to turn a simple can of beans into a crunchy snack that’s perfect for tossing on salads or serving as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 (15oz) can cannellini or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Drain, rinse, and pat the beans really dry with a clean towel or paper towels. The drier they are, the crispier they’ll get.
  2. In a bowl, toss the beans with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry at 400 degrees for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. They’ll crisp up even more as they cool. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
