These crispy white beans are a protein-packed recipe made in less than 20 minutes! It’s easy to turn a simple can of beans into a crunchy snack that’s perfect for tossing on salads or serving as a side dish.

- 1 (15oz) can cannellini or great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Instructions
- Drain, rinse, and pat the beans really dry with a clean towel or paper towels. The drier they are, the crispier they’ll get.
- In a bowl, toss the beans with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the beans in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400 degrees for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- They’ll crisp up even more as they cool. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
