Description

My favorite way to make gnocchi is in the air fryer! It’s a quick and easy way to get perfectly crispy pillows of gnocchi! Golden brown on the outside, soft on the inside, they’re ready in no time!


Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package shelf stable gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and crushed red pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to work in batches for extra crispiness).
  4. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

  5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
