My favorite way to make gnocchi is in the air fryer! It’s a quick and easy way to get perfectly crispy pillows of gnocchi! Golden brown on the outside, soft on the inside, they’re ready in no time!

- 1 (16 oz) package shelf stable gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and crushed red pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to work in batches for extra crispiness).
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
