This cottage cheese egg bake is a delicious dump and bake recipe packed with 20g of protein per serving! It’s a great make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings!

- 6 large eggs
- 8 oz full-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or almond milk)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup baby spinach, torn
- Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8×8 glass baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
- Add eggs and cottage cheese to the dish. Whisk until mostly combined.
- Add milk, feta, spinach, salt, and pepper. Whisk again to combine.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
