I gotta be honest. I tried Nutella a few weeks ago and… I didn’t really like it. I guess I thought it was more of a nut butter… but as it turns out, it’s kind of just a sugary chocolatey spread. Don’t get me wrong, it tasted pretty good, but it was too sweet for my oats and my banana soft serve. I just couldn’t really think of what to do with it.

Luckily, I found a solution.

4 Ingredient Nutella Cupcakes

  •    1/4 cup nutella
  •    1  1/2 tbsp egg whites
  •    2  1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour
  •    1 tbsp white chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips)

Mix it all up, and drop it into a mini muffin pan! I used about 1 tbsp of batter for each little muffin cup. I baked at 350 for about 6 minutes. You want to make sure they’re cooked all the way through!

Mmmm these babies deserved glamour shots 😉

Now don’t you want to just dig right in?! They kind of have more of a brownie texture than a cupcake texture, with a slightly crisp outside and an ooey gooey inside.

I wonder what else you could add. I’m thinking nuts. Or maybe coconut flakes? I feel like it’s an open road of opportunity!

These 4 ingredient Nutella cupcakes are the easiest dessert ever! They're a perfect snack or after dinner treat!

How do you feel about nutella? Yay or nay?
