Butternut Squash & Sage Pasta

What you'll need: Pasta Butternut Squash Sage Butter Walnuts Kale Parmesan Cheese

Add the butter and sage to a skillet and toast until sage is crispy

Remove the sage and add the butternut squash. Cook until softened.

Add the kale and steam until bright green.

Toss the cooked pasta, kale, squash, Parmesan cheese, and a little bit of pasta water together until combined.

Top with walnuts and fried sage.
