1/4 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup Silk Protein Nut Milk
1 tbsp hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond slices
Blend the ice, pineapple, mango, and milk together until fully blended.
Pour into a bowl and top with hemp, chia, and almond. Enjoy!
