Description

These rosemary roasted almonds have a savory, salty flavor that will have you coming back for a second handful! This simple recipe is an easy way to take your almonds from good to irresistible!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 2 teaspoons oil (I used olive oil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toss the almonds in the oil and salt to coat.
  3. Finely chop the rosemary and then sprinkle the almonds and toss to coat.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes or until they just begin to brown.
