First off, your comments on my last post rocked! I never ceases to amaze me how grounded you people are! Almost everyone echoed the same thing about eating healthy in moderation, without going overboard. So true, and so awesome! As much “fun” as it would be to do an “only vegetables week” (or something similarly crazy) I know I’d miss out on so many wonderful meals and social activities! So no thank you 🙂
I’m a Chobani 0% devotee.
I don’t stray. Plain, 0% every time. (Unless they’re out of it, then I’ll settle for vanilla.)
“But its [slightly] more fat! And [slightly] more calories!! Why would I chose 2%!?”
However… since one of my resolutions was to branch out… I decided I needed to see what the fuss was about.
Can you spot the outlier?
Anyways, so I dug out my blueberries from the freezer, added in some stevia (just like I would with my 0%) and dug in.
I didn’t think it tasted that different. Maybe it was a little creamier, but that could have been in my head. Since I always add stevia to my greek yogurt and I always eat it with blueberries and granola, maybe I just couldn’t notice?
Life has been busy as ever! I started coaching cheerleading again. This season I have 3rd-6th grade. (Last year I had K-1st, which was interesting…) I’m so excited, and I can already tell the girls and I are going to have a great time!
As for the weekend, I think it can be summed up with this picture:
