Happy New Year!! I hope you all had a wonderful time ringing in 2015! Alex and I counted down the last seconds of 2014 while watching Beatles cover band which turned out to be awesome. We spent New Years Day with Alex’s family- bowling, playing cards, eating caramel rolls, and celebrating a belated Christmas together!
I’m pretty terrible at bowling, but I still enjoyed it! Alex’s family is so much fun, I’m sad we have to head back to Richmond.
Anyways, I know that “healthy” resolutions are a bit cliche but I love the idea of a clean slate and a chance to recover from the holiday sugar coma! I enjoyed plenty of treats (uh, and wine) and now I’m ready to bounce back to some healthier eating and lots of workouts! So here are a few of my favorite workouts, recipes, and apps for a healthy year!
