The sweet potatoes from my garden!

When Eric sent me this picture of what he’d picked from our garden, I was practically jumping up and down, mostly because I’m obsessed with the sweet potato + almond butter combo.

My post workout snack 

I honestly don’t eat a lot of eggs, and I’m not a big cheese fan… but put these together, and you’ve got a pretty killer protein snack. I’ve realized I need to start eating protein after a weight lifting session. So this has been it.

My body is loving these…

On their own, they taste like tree bark. But it’s only 12 calories per cracker, and has like a zillion grams of fiber and if you smear some almond butter on top, it’s actually really tasty. If you have *digestive problems* then I highly recommend this. (TMI? Sorry.)
