Yes! My favorite bloggers are Robyn Nohling of theRealLifeRD and Kylie Mitchell of Immaeatthat. For podcasts, I love Food Psych with Christy Harrison, Nourishing Minds Nutrition with Meg and Victoria, and Nut Butter Radio with my friend Holly Van Hare and Hannah Liistro. Book-wise, definitely Intuitive Eating by Tribole & Resch as well as Health at Every Size by Linda Bacon, I feel like those are essentials in the starter kit. Plus there’s a ton of Instagrams to follow that embrace these philosophies!
