I’ve had such a great time meeting his friends and family, and the rest of the week is pretty packed with activities. I’m sure you understand… so just in case you’re scrambling for a few last minute ideas for a party or barbecue, check out these cookout recipes!

Tip: If you want cook your burgers on the grill, make sure you use non-stick spray on the grill and try freezing them for a bit first. It sounds weird, but it will help the burgers stay together a little better while you’re toasting them. They also work in the oven or in a skillet!
If you’re headed to a party and you want to make sure there are some healthy options, pack up one of these salads!

Tip: For kale salads, add the dressing ahead of time to let the leaves soften. For traditional salads (like romaine, iceburg, etc) wait until you arrive to add the dressing, or serve on the side!
